Sara & Joes' Romance in the ruins

Sara and Joe's romantic celebration was the perfect combination of tropical, elegance, and Caribbean charm. We loved these tropical robes the bridal party wore to get ready in on wedding day! They are beautiful for wedding day photos, but what I love most, is these girls will be able to enjoy the robes for many years to come! Slip on a tropical robe anytime to be taken back to your Caribbean memories...great idea!

The handsome groom and his guys enjoyed a little shot to loosen up before the ceremony. Not a bad idea if you need to calm the jitters a bit. Also nice to just hang with your guys before walking down the aisle. We loved Joe's classic attire that will look timeless when they look back on their wedding photos years down the road.

The happy couple savored their first look before they headed to the ceremony.  A private "First Look" is  great way to share that moment when you see each other for the first time without all of the guests watching.  Such sweet photos by Lindsay Vann who captured their love just perfectly. Sara's veil was stunning and looked so perfect with her delicate dress.

The Annaberg Ruins was their ceremony location and offers such a peaceful setting to say I do. A little bit of rustic history always gives such a unique and beautiful backdrop for your wedding and wedding photos. If you don't want to get your toes in the sand for your ceremony, the ruins is a lovely option.

Roses Too designed such beautiful arrangements that complimented their soft color pallet and elegant style so well. Love the aisle design with the sweet chair florals...so simple and so beautiful. The gentle colors in the florals paired so seamlessly with the color pallet of the bridesmaid dresses.  The soft range in dress colors from grays, to blushes and violets looked incredible against the natural stones of the Annaberg ruins.

Chris Robbert serenaded the guests as they arrived with violin which was a lovely compliment to the open air and breathtaking views.

The golden hour following the ceremony is a great time to sneak away and take some more photos with your wedding party and family. Send your guests on their way to your reception so they can enjoy some drinks and appetizers while you enjoy your new spouse and wedding party for a bit before you join the party!

We just loved the bridal party colors. A mix of dusty grays, soft roses, and blush look so pretty together. The subtle change in colors give a nice interest while still being subtle enough to stay with their delicate color pallet. We love how the brides white dress really pops next to her lovely bridesmaids. The eucalyptus in the floral bouquets and arrangements are gorgeous - can't get enough of these flowers!

The reception was held at The Waterfront Bistro in Cruz Bay and was the perfect restaurant to host their celebration! Beachside views and the soft candle light set the tone for such an elegant table setting. We love the gold accents and touches of sparkle to keep the romance going strong. A touch of florals on the place settings to tie the napkins were such a nice detail. Sara chose gold accents from Island Style Weddings decor collection to compliment the location and floral designs. Live music from In de Sand Band kept the party going through the reception!

We are excited to learn that there will be an addition to the family coming next year.  We know that Sarah and Joe will be doting parents.  Congratulations to the beautiful couple!
