We start with an in depth conversation to get an idea of the thoughts, ideas, concepts you have envisioned for your wedding day. From our initial conversation, we are then able to get a sense of your style. Because we will be working from a distance via phone and internet, it is important to provide visual back up to the verbal concepts. Island Style Wedding provides our couples with wedding software that offers interactive inspiration boards. This is invaluable in creating the design of your wedding day. We offer an array of decor items to add the perfect touches to your wedding and save you the cost of shipping items to the island.

Our job as your wedding coordinator is to become your guide, assisting you to make wise decisions in every aspect of the wedding. Not only we will be your go to person prior to your arrival, we will also ensure that every aspect of your wedding experience on the island is stress free. Because we have over 15 yrs experience of island life we can help you with the smallest details you and your guests might need.

Our planning process is done with regularly scheduled conference calls to provide you with the confidence that everything is on track. We ensure that you are on schedule with all decisions leading up to your wedding. We plan all details for your group, from their accommodations, welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, beach BBQ's, sunset sails, island hopping boat trips, ceremony details and reception venues according to your wishes and budget.

When you arrive on island we have a pre wedding meeting where we walk through all details of the events planned. We provide you with an itinerary of each event. All we ask of you is to let go of the planning process when you arrive and soak in every moment of your wedding experience.
