The VI National Park's guidelines state that the coordinator must hold the permit and liability insurance to host weddings in the VI National Park.
Your coordinator must hold a Annual permit which allows wedding coordination, not just an officiate. "Mary Bartolucci graciously agreed to take over the ceremony when our scheduled officiant was unable to obtain a day pass for the park. She had been recommended to us by the scheduled officiant who is a personal friend of hers. Mary Bartolucci took over seamlessly and demonstrated good nature (calling and then waiting for flowers that the florist had forgotten to deliver to the beach) and tremendous sincerity of presence on the day of the ceremony. Thank you!" - Mary & David, May, 2012
